Resident testimony: Arélien Besnard

Aurélien Besnard, 32 years old, is passionate about the Monoma concept. He was looking for a cheap apartment or room to rent in order to save money. Thanks to Monoma, he was able to achieve that.

He has been living with Monoma France for 4 years in different residences around Paris, and since last August, he has been occupying a space in Champs-sur-Marne, in the east of the capital.

We have transformed the ground floor of this building into independent rooms that meet all habitability standards. The upper floors are used as coworking spaces.

For an individual room of 20 square meters, he pays a monthly fee of 200 euros. When asked about the main advantage of staying with Monoma, he answers without hesitation: a financial advantage.

He also mentions the pleasure of meeting other residents who, like him, have individual rooms and share the common living spaces (bathrooms, living rooms, equipped kitchens...).

He explains to us that the relationships he maintains with the other temporary residents in the coliving arrangement are good, and they keep each other informed through the WhatsApp community they have created.

The low price is due to the temporary nature of the occupancy (up to 18 months). At the end of the contract, when possible, Monoma relocates the occupants to other residences or temporary spaces with similar features.
