Who can apply?

A property without a function costs money and entails risks. Think about security, maintenance, or social pressure. Where others only see problems, Monoma sees opportunities.

You have no children or pets living at home.

Temporary accommodation is intended for short stays. Pets and children are not allowed for safety and flexibility reasons.

You are at least 18 years old

Applicants must be of legal age to enter into a temporary usage agreement and live independently.

You have a valid ID

Proof of identity is required to apply for a space and sign the temporary use agreement.
