Project Plotterweg in Amersfoort: affordable rental housing in a very central location

Collaboration with the municipality of Amersfoort An old office building on the Plotterweg has been converted into various homes. With shared facilities and communal spaces to really connect with each other. This project is an example of the search for new housing solutions in collaboration with the municipality. “With this project we contribute to solving the housing shortage. There are more and more one- and two-person households. And it is becoming less and less affordable to rent a home. Think of young people, starters/young workers, but also status holders.
