With the introduction of the new Vacant Property tax by the government, Monoma Ireland have taken a step to help the second home owners or Holiday home owners in providing a solution for the upcoming expenses.

Are you at risk? If your Holiday home is only occupied in the summer or for less than 30 days in a 12 month period, then you may have to pay 3 times the amount of property tax. This tax is set to come into motion in 2023 and many are getting ready to face to increased expenses introduced.
